March 18, 2020 - There was an issue with emailed bills and the available bill copies on the site. Charges were duplicated and as a result the balances were incorrect. New bill images are being generated and will be in place soon. In the meantime, if the balance on your bill copy does not match the total due on your account please just pay the amount due.
One-Time Payment With an Invoice Number: Select Pay Water District Invoices on the left. The current invoice number is required. It is located in the upper right portion of your invoice. If you do not have your invoice, please call the office (360) 668-6766 during business hours, or login to your account.
Login (For Property Owners Only): Select the Login option at the top of the screen. Consumer Id and PIN are required. Your Customer number is the last five digits of the account number on your bill. If you do not have a PIN number, it may be requested using the Send E-mail to Cross Valley Water District option on the left side of the screen. Staff will verify your account information and email you a temporary PIN.
NOTICE: The Convenience Fee is $3.25 for all payment options if using Credit/Debit Card.
