One-Time Payment With an Invoice Number: Select Pay Water District Invoices on the left. The current invoice number is required. It is located in the upper middle portion of your invoice next to our website address. If you do not have your invoice, please call the office (360) 668-6766 during business hours, or login to your account.
Login (For Property Owners Only): Select the Login option at the top of the screen. Consumer Id and PIN are required. Your Customer number is the last five digits of the account number on your bill. If you do not have a PIN number, it may be requested using the Send E-mail to Cross Valley Water District option on the left side of the screen. Staff will verify your account information and email you a temporary PIN.
Pay By Phone: PLEASE NOTE: Payments made by phone will not be received or credited to your account for 3 to 5 business days. Call (360) 668-6766 and select option 2 from the menu to be forwarded to our pay by phone service, or dial it directly at 1-866-585-7861. Follow the voice prompts to enter your payment.
NOTICE: The Convenience Fee is $3.25 for all payment options if using Credit/Debit Card.
Pay By Mail: Send invoice and check to PO BOX 84006 Seattle WA 9812-8406. Please indicate the account number on the check. Please Do Not Send Cash.
